Howard Gaye (1878 – 1955) was a British actor who worked mainly in the United States. He played Jesus Christ in D. W. Griffith's Intolerance: Love's Struggle Throughout the Ages (1916), and got involved in a sex scandal involving a 14-year-old girl and was deported back to England. Because of the scandal, his name was removed from prints of the film at the time.
